Soap Care: To preserve the life of your soap, store it in a dry, dark area till ready for use. To increase the longevity of your handmade soap, it's best to use a soap dish with drainage holes with a soap rest to keep it dry between uses. Our soaps contain no artificial preservatives. I recommend that they be used within 6months.

How long does one bar last?
With regular daily use, one bar typically lasts several weeks. Using a well-draining soap dish between uses will help extend its life.

How should I store handmade soap?
Allow the soap to dry fully between uses by storing it on a soap rest, away from standing water, to maintain its firmness and longevity.

Tallow brings balance. It produces a stabilising, creamy lather and creates a hard bar, increasing the longevity of the soap. It has a naturally broad fatty acid profile, which influences how the finished soap behaves — how it lathers, how it cleanses, and how it feels during and after use.
